Sports Law is another area of practice offered by LEGAL 21 ABOGADOS. J. Félix de Luis’s experience as the former Sole Judge of the Appeals Committee of the Spanish Basketball Federation (FEB), as a former member of the UEFA Licensing Second Instance Committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), and as a former member of the Social Appeals Committee of the National Professional Football League (LNFP) has allowed him to acquire extensive expertise in this sector. His practice in this area encompasses matters such as legal advice to Federations, Clubs, Associations, and Public Limited Sports Companies; athlete contracts and transfers; image rights, broadcasting rights, and sponsorship; sports proceedings before national and international bodies; and doping cases.

Additionally, J. Félix de Luis is admitted, as Arbitrator, at the Tribunal Arbitral du Sport/Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS-CAS) in Switzerland. In Spain he is a member of the panel of Arbitrators of Tribunal Arbitral del Fútbol (TAF, Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional-SPAIN) and member of the panel of Arbitrators of Tribunal Español de Arbitraje Deportivo (Comité Olímpico Español-SPAIN).
