Corporate governance, for both listed and unlisted companies, is also an area of specialization for LEGAL 21 ABOGADOS. J. Félix de Luis, in addition to having been a member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) and Chief Compliace Officer at BANCO SANTANDER CENTRAL HISPANO, has served on the Board of Directors of various companies. LEGAL 21 ABOGADOS also provides services advising Boards of Directors, through the participation of J. Félix de Luis as an Independent Director in companies. Recently, J. Félix de Luis was certified by Harvard Business School as a Director, with the “Corporate Director Certificate” accreditation, CDC, and completion of various courses at this school in this area. Similarly, he has graduated from the IESE-KPMG-AED School of Board Members, in the Program “From Executive to Board Member”. He has also completed the Program “International Accreditation Program in Boards of Directors and Good Governance” at the Institute of Corporate Governance (IGE).
