LEGAL 21 ABOGADOS has a broad and highly preventive litigation and arbitration practice, with a preventative approach aimed at finding transactional solutions that avoid or limit disputes.

The firm operates primarily in civil and administrative litigation, where we have a solid practice in all types of proceedings and at all levels, including highly complex appeals. J. Félix de Luis has extensive experience as a lawyer, having worked as a Central Government Attorney for over 30 years, and in that capacity, has acted in more than 3,000 cases.

The firm is also very active in the field of national and international arbitration, in proceedings conducted in Spanish or other languages, before Spanish or international Courts of Arbitration. The addition of J. Félix de Luis as an arbitrator before the most important national and international Courts of Arbitration facilitates this work. In Spain he is included on the list of Arbitrators at leading arbitration courts such as the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA); the Madrid Court of Arbitration (CAM); the Spanish Court of Arbitration (CEA); and the Football Arbitration Tribunal (LNFP).

He has also served as an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Switzerland; the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) in the United Kingdom; the Commercial Arbitration Center (CAC) in Portugal; the Court of Arbitration for Art (CAfA) in the Netherlands; and the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (CIAC).
