LEGAL 21 ABOGADOS has a broad and higly preventive litigation and arbitration practice. Whenever possible, we suggest seeking compromise solutions in order to avoid or limit the scope of conflicts. The Firm acts in the civil and contentious-administrative jurisdiction, basically, where we have a solid practice in all kind of proceedings and instances, including the most complex ones.

The Firm is very active as well in the field of arbitration, at both national and international level, either in Spanish or other languages, before Spanish or International Arbitration Courts. This is due to the fact that J. Félix de Luis is empanelled as Arbitrator at the most important National and International Arbitration Courts. Our practice in arbitration covers both the role of Counsel and Arbitrator.

J. Félix de Luis is an experienced Arbitrator –appointed by the Parties or by the Arbitration Courts- for ad hoc proceedings or arbitrations proceedings regulated by major national and international Institutions.
